Helen Jimmie Weigt

Helen Jimmie Weigt grew up in rural Ontario learning resourcefulness and ingenuity from her entrepreneurial American parents. Appreciation for beauty and developing ideas, whether in the kitchen or workshop, has influenced her 30 years in creative design. Helen Jimmie is a veteran homeschooler who values the gentle art of education in nurturing our ‘little people’. She has served OCHEC (Ontario Christian Home Educators' Connection) for 12 years as Graphic Designer and most recently as Creative Director. Helen Jimmie’s current joys include contributing to the PCA's publishing division as a Layout Designer and helping small businesses and nonprofits display their vision functionality and aesthetically. She treasures time with her husband and two adult children. Butter coffee, exercising, and an appetite for learning round out her joy-filled days.
